Refurb

Competitive pricing without surprises, like “New” results, think Refurb!

Delavan has developed a strong expertise in adding years of new life to your existing equipment.

Capital Investment is a key factor in developing your Business growth and profitability.

Stay within your driver’s comfort zone, the equipment he’s driving today.

With competitive hauling rates and limited credit lines available from Financial Institutions, purchasing new equipment is a most difficult challenge.

The need to up-grade your equipment to meet customer demands, like implementing soft tie downs and offering “curb appeal”, that’s a direct result of Refurb.

As an alternative to purchasing new equipment, Delavan re-manufactures your current transport unit, adding years of integrity and service.

Process

Delavan’s experienced staff will work with you to establish and meet your needs.

1. Bring your equipment to Delavan where we will evaluate your needs based upon your expectations.

2. Based upon the results of our evaluation (findings?), we will provide both an estimate and a schedule.

3. The process will begin with us stripping your equipment of its’ hydraulics and electrical wiring and components and doing a 1st Blast to the piece. Upon completion of this phase, any additional findings will be identified and quoted to you for prior approval.

4. Next, the unit will go through a complete refurbish of those items you’ve approved:

• Repairs of defects and modifications as agreed upon (if any)

• A final Blast of the entire unit is performed

• Prime and Paint

• Re-plumb and electrical re-wire

• Final Preparation

• Apply non-skid, graphite, decals, etc.

• Functional testing.
